“THE MAGIC OF MOLE”
Sat. April 2 @ 10 AM-1 PM – $75
Today we visit the wondrous Mexican town of Oaxaca and
explore its most famous dish, mole. The slow simmering of chiles,
spices, nuts and other ingredients creates a sauce that is almost
magical in its depth of flavor. We will create a complete menu
Mexican goodies including: Sopa de Tortilla, Great Guacamole,
Salsa Verde 3-Ways, Mole Coloradito, Green Rice, and for
dessert Tres Leches Cake. (Hands-on)

Cajun Food is party food and tonight we celebrate Mardi Gras
with our annual tribute to this food fest. Get ready to give up
your sins for lent as we exorcise some culinary demons with a
menu that includes: Oyster Po-Boys with Jalapeno Mayo,
Seafood Gumbo, Jalapeno Cornbread, Jambalaya, Blackened
Red Snapper with Piccalilli Relish, Hushpuppies and Whiskey
Bread Pudding. Then we’ll cut the King Cake to see who
will be King & Queen of next year’s celebration. (Hands-On)
