makes for interesting food & beer pairing. Tonight we discuss and
sample some popular new brands of brew and prepare a menu of
delicious dishes that go great with tipping a cold one. Our ale-friendly
menu includes Killer Buffalo Chicken Wings, Classic Welsh Rarebit,
Grilled Oysters & Bratwurst, Pub Scotch Eggs, Mini-Ploughman’s
Lunch, Jalapeno Poppers, and Guinness Cake. John Cox from
