Our menu includes such goodies as: Chick Pea Flatbread with Rosemary & Pecorino (Cecina from Tuscany), Goat Cheese Gnocchi with Spinach Salad, Lamb & Artichoke Stew from Sardinia, Chicken Caccitora from Tuscany, and for dessert Ricotta Fritters with Rosewater. Tonight we visit this distinctive cuisine and give you some delicious new dishes to add to your repertoire. Out menu includes: Pad Thai, Grilled Thai Beef Salad, Steamed Tamarind Salmon, Thai Style Barbecued Chicken with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce, Seared Scallops with Asian Noodle Salad, and Fresh Ginger Sorbet for dessert. Another great class exploring this popular trend. Whether you are eating gluten-free and low-carb for health or weight issues, tonight we arm you with some delicious recipes that will insure you achieve the best and tastiest results. Tonight we focus on baked goods. We will discuss alternative grains, how to substitute flour in any recipe, and then prepare a gourmet gluten-free meal. Our dishes include: Rosemary Flatbread with Roasted Garlic, Green Chile Chicken Stew with Cheddar Cheese Dumplings, Gluten-free Pizza, Asparagus Risotto, Thumb Print Cookies, and more. Kitchen Kraft and register in person at our customer service counter.

Once your class has been reserved, please make a note of the day as we do not
send out reminder notices. All classes must be paid for in advance to hold
your space. Cancellations: If for any reason, you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation, you must notify us 7 days in advance to receive
a refund or class credit. If you cannot attend at late notice, you may
send someone in your place. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to
insufficient enrollment. We will contact you by phone and refund your fee or issue you
class or store credit. All classes are 3 hours long unless otherwise stated in
course description. General Information: Fees for classes include instruction,
recipes, sampling of foods prepared & beverages.
