No other cuisine is as perfectly balanced with the flavor sensations
of hot, sweet, salty and sour as the cooking of Vietnam. Tonight
we prepare a menu that celebrates this light, fresh and tasty
cuisine. We will make Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Sour Shrimp Soup,
Sizzling Crepes, Pumpkin Cooked in Coconut Milk, Stir-Fried
Bitter Greens, and Banana Fritters with Toasted Coconut Ice
Cream. Join this delicious culinary journey. (Hands-On)

with two batters and two fillings, Green Chile & Chicken Stew,
Green Chile Scalloped Potatoes, Sauteed Spinach with Green
Chile, and believe it or not, a Lime Ice Cream with Candied
Green Chiles & Pinon Brittle. This class is a must for chile addicts
or visitors to Santa Fe who want to see what the fuss is about.
