with a whole batch of recipes that feature the fabulous flavors of
Norteño cooking. Our delicious menu includes Mini-Chicken
Tamales, Wilted Spinach Salad with Candied Red Chile Pecans,
Red Chile Honey Glazed Turkey, Green Chile Scalloped Potatoes,
and for dessert, Sopaipilla Bread Pudding with Dulce De Leche
Ice Cream. Be ready to celebrate the holidays New Mexico style–

Football season is in full swing—time to add some new recipes to your repertoire.
Tonight we turn to the delicious world of gourmet bar food for our theme and
create a great noshing menu that takes us beyond the world of ordinary chicken
wings and nachos. Our great bar-friendly menu includes: Lobster Sliders, Salty
German Soft Pretzel Sticks, Fried Pickles, Red Chile Caramelized Bacon, Welsh
Rarebit, Smoked Shrimp & Artichoke Dip, Best Dam Wings in the USA, and
Smoked Nachos Supreme. Break out the beer as we enjoy this nosh-fest of goodies!
