Just because our lives are getting busier and busier, doesn’t
mean we have to sacrifice tasty, healthy meals after a long day.
Tonight we discuss shortcuts for quick, easy and delicious
dishes that will make you feel as though you’ve spent hours in
the kitchen. Our menu includes: Tomato Soup (or Sauce!),
Pickle Jar Vinaigrette, Quick Green Chicken Stew with Biscuits,
Won Ton Ravioli, Oven Polenta, Glazed Asparagus, and for
Dessert- Texas Dump Cake. Yummy doesn’t have to be
complicated!(Hands-On)
“MORE TASTY THAI”
Tuesday March 11 @ 6 PM-9 PM -$78
Lemon grass, ginger, kaffir lime, garlic, galangal, and chiles all
bubbling in a pot or wok-that’s truly tasty Thai, perfect for the
cold weather. Join this culinary celebration of the delicious flavors
of Thailand as we prepare: Grilled Pork Skewers, Salmon Cakes with
Spicy Slaw, Pad Thai, Sour Orange Fish Curry, Deep Fried Shrimp with
Garlic & Pepper, Coconut Rice, and Toasted Coconut Tart. Cook like a Thai
Master Chef after taking this informative class! (Hands-On)
“GLUTEN-FREE, LOW CARB & GOURMET”
Wednesday March 12 @ 6 PM-9 PM -$78
Whether you are eating gluten-free and low-carb for health or weight issues,
tonight we arm you with some delicious recipes that will insure you
achieve the best and tastiest results. We will discuss alternative
grains, how to substitute flour in any recipe, and then prepare a
gourmet gluten-free meal. Our dishes include: Spiced Butternut
Squash Soup, Green Chile Cornbread, Grilled Portobello, Spinach
& Tomato Salad, Chicken Milanese, Wild Mushroom Risotto,
and Gluten-Free Bittersweet Decadence Cookies. All gluten-free
and definitely yummy! (Hands-On)

Chef John (Johnny Vee) Vollertsen is director of
the 12 year old Las Cosas Cooking School in
Santa Fe. His cooking and restaurant management
career has taken him to New York City, Sydney,
and Wellington, New Zealand. John writes a
regular food column for The Santa Fe New
Mexican and is the Food + Dining Editor for The

Date & Time of class, Credit Card # or pay by check,
(Please allow 3 days for check to arrive) or stop into
Kitchen Kraft and register in person at our customer service counter.
Please Note: Reservations:
Once your class has been reserved, please make a note of the day as we do not
send out reminder notices. All classes must be paid for in advance to hold
your space. Cancellations: If for any reason, you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation, you must notify us 7 days in advance to receive
a refund or class credit. If you cannot attend at late notice, you may
send someone in your place. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to
insufficient enrollment. We will contact you by phone and refund your fee or issue you
class or store credit. All classes are 3 hours long unless otherwise stated in
course description. General Information: Fees for classes include instruction,
recipes, sampling of foods prepared & beverages.
