Join me every Saturday at 5pm on Talk 1260 AM KTRC for “BITS AND BITES WITH CHEF JOHNNY VEE” a half hour show all about Santa Fe Food, hosted by yours truly! I’ve got my finger on the pulse of restaurant scene in the city deliciously different. Each week we’ll host a chef from one of your favorite restaurants and get their delicious cooking secrets to share. In addition to Santa Fe Restaurant News and Insider Gossip, I’ll fill you in on Openings and Closings, Restaurant Reviews, special recipes and answer listeners Cooking Questions. Its the ultimate food show for the ultimate food town! My first guests are the creative team from The La Fonda Hotel, Executive Chef Lane Warner and Chairmen of the Board Jenny Kimball. Today we pretend we are deep in Chinatown, sitting around a table full of Peking Duck and all the yummy things that go with it.
